Maria, a Brazilian who has lived in Morocco for a number of years, is developing an innovative project that leaves turntables for women.
Soundsisters Morocco provides a safe environment where women can freely experiment, collaborate, and showcase their talent, fostering diversity and inclusion in the electronic music scene through education, representation, empowerment, and community building. Since 2022, it has been working to #CloseTheGap in Morocco.
Together they offer workshops and talkshows, and their collective gets us dancing all over Morocco.
